How to use this tool
Choose how many focus sessions you want and their length.
Set short and long breaks and how often the longer break occurs.
Generate the schedule and check whether the total fits the time you have.
A clear rule for breaks
The plan inserts a break only between sessions. A long break replaces the short break after each chosen group of sessions, and no break is added after the final session. Four 25-minute sessions with 5-minute short breaks therefore take 115 minutes, including 100 minutes of focus.
Adapt the plan to the task
A fifth session adds a 15-minute long break after the fourth and brings the default plan to 155 minutes. Times are offsets from the start, so 01:55 means one hour and 55 minutes into the plan. These are planning intervals, not promises of productivity; adjust them around your task and other commitments.
Common questions
Is this a running timer?
No. It produces a schedule and totals. Use your preferred timer to follow the plan.
Can I skip the breaks?
You can enter zero for either break length. Focus periods must be at least one minute, and plans are limited to 24 sessions.
